Facility Scheduling If your ministry/organization wants to use any of the rooms, gym, pavilion or ball fields at Holy Family, you must fill a Meeting Request Form in the Church Office. Also, non-parish sponsored meeting/events require additional liability insurance, and a rental fee is involved. Once your Request Form is processed, the date will be confirmed with you, and then scheduled on the parish calendar.  Call Kitty (373-4696, Ext. 223) to schedule events and with any questions.
