Usher - Greet parishioners and visitors before and after all
masses and assist in other activities. Choice of masses available
to both men and women.

Extraordinary Minister of Communion* - Assists in distributing Communion
at all the masses. Choices of masses available.
Pouring Minister* - Responsible for assisting the priest in
pouring the wine at each Mass in preparation for Communion. Also
responsible for taking the unused hosts to the Devotional Chapel
after Mass, disposing of unused wine and setting up for next Mass
Altar Server* - Assists the Priest in the celebration of
the Mass. Any boy or girl from 5th grade on can be a server.
Lector* - Proclaims the readings and intentions during
the Mass. Occasional special presentations. Choice of masses.

Shut-In Extraordinary Minister of Communion - Brings the Eucharist to the
sick and those living in nursing homes or homebound, includes
leading a short, but meaningful, prayer service.

Adult Choir** - Leads the assembly in sung prayer during
the Mass. Occasional special presentation. Choice of masses. Rehearsal
one night weekly.
Youth Choir: They rehearse on Thursdays at 6:00 PM in the Chapel.
Children's Choir** - Leads the assembly in sung prayer at
specific liturgies. Learn about liturgical musicianship. Rehearsal
one night weekly.
Instrumentalist** - Provides accompaniment to liturgical
singing during Mass. Occasional special presentations. Choice
of masses.

E-Mail Prayer Chain - Commits to prayer at home for special

Art & Liturgical Environment - Responsible for the
liturgical atmosphere of our worship space. Make banners, altar
cloths, and vestments…also order, arrange and water flowers
and plants.
Prayer Shawl Ministry - This ministry meets every Monday at Panera in Brentwood at 6:00 pm. Contact Gloria Wilhelm at glo9878@bellsouth.net for more information.
Children's Liturgy of the Word - Teaches children between
1st and 4th grades during the Liturgy of the Word at the 8:00
a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Masses.

Centering Prayer - Fosters the Christian meditative practice of a receptive prayer of resting in God and facilitates the development of Contemplative Prayer.
Rosary Group - Meets on fourth Thursday of the month at 7:00 PM and prays the rosary in the Devotional Chapel.
Eucharistic Adoration - Holy Family Catholic Church offers Eucharistic Adoration the first Wednesday of every month, from 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM. This is a wonderful opportunity to be still and contemplate the beautiful gift of the Eucharist. If you have any time during the first Wednesday of the month to devote to such a beautiful ministry, please stop in to spend some time with our Lord.
